FeelBetterBot is an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to provide emotional support and evidence-based coping techniques. It uses artificial intelligence to engage in supportive conversations about life's challenges.

Not Medical Advice

FeelBetterBot:

• Is NOT a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider
• Does NOT provide medical diagnoses or treatment
• Does NOT replace professional mental health care
• Should NOT be used in crisis situations

Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

Free Service

The basic FeelBetterBot experience is provided free of charge and will remain free. Anonymous conversations are not stored and exist only in your browser session.

Premium Subscription

FeelBetterBot Premium is a paid subscription service that includes:

• Saved conversation history
• Access across multiple devices
• Ability to continue previous conversations

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Share account access with others
• Use automated systems to access the service

Limitations of Liability

FeelBetterBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any actions taken based on conversations with the AI
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
