Journeys

Your Journey

Name what you want to work on. Get one short check-in a day, walking alongside you on exactly that.

A journey is the simplest thing FeelBetterBot can walk alongside you on: you name something you want to work on — in your own words — and you get one short check-in text a day, anchored on exactly that. Not a program. Not a tracker. Just someone in your corner, day after day.

How it works

Tell FeelBetterBot about something you want to change or accomplish — getting out of a rut, a hard season at work, sleeping better, something you can't quite name. If it hears a goal in what you said, it'll ask, right there in the chat, whether you want it to walk alongside you.

Say yes, confirm a phone number or an email address once, and that's it. Every day you'll get one short check-in about the thing you named — written for that day, not copied and pasted. Text back and you'll get a real answer.

What it isn't

There are no streaks, no day counts, no progress bars, and nobody keeping score. A missing day doesn't mean anything except that life happened. The check-ins are presence, not measurement — the point is that someone is noticing the same thing you are, not that you're being tracked on it.

And it ends whenever you want: one tap here, or just turn check-ins off in the chat. No guilt either direction.

One honest note: FeelBetterBot is a companion, not crisis care or a licensed therapist. If things feel like too much right now, call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and available 24/7 in the US.

The best way to start is just to talk

Journeys begin in conversation — say what's on your mind, and if there's something you want to work on, you'll be offered one there.
